Nashua drug dealer racks up several felonies

NASHUA – Zeike Reyes Pujols, 44, of Nashua, was taken into custody on Jan. 16 on a felony warrant for allegedly selling crack-cocaine.

According to the Nashua Police Department, the Narcotics Intelligence Division had been investigating Reyes Pujols since receiving information that he was involved with selling drugs in the city.

Reyes Pujols was subsequently arrested by officers with the department’s Special Weapons and Tactics Unit.

He has been charged with nine felonies and one misdemeanor. They include four counts of acts prohibited; sale of controlled drug (crack-cocaine), acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug (crack-cocaine) with the intent to distribute, acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug (cocaine) with the intent to distribute, two counts of acts prohibited; possession of a controlled drug (cocaine), falsifying physical evidence and resisting arrest.

Under state law, if convicted, Reyes Pujol could face up to 142 years in prison, up to 35 years of probation and up to $1,030,000 in fines.

Reyes Pujols was held on preventative detention and was arraigned in Nashua District Court on Jan. 17.
