If you ever thought about trying your hand at a psychic reading, there is no more befitting place to go than Nashua’s iconic landmark, the Hunt Memorial Building on the corner of Main and Lowell streets in downtown Nashua.

For the eighth year in a row, some of the area’s most popular psychic readers will congregate from 11:30 a.m.-4 p.m. on Sunday, March 4, offering their services as part of the annual Psychic Fair Fundraiser.

A variety of modalities are available including tarot, enchanted tarot, angelic tarot, angel guidance, personal guides, palm readings, psychometry, scrying, numerology, mediumship, past lives, animal medicine, rune cards, ogham staves and aura photography interpretation.

Popular readers Angie D’anjou, Jacki Joy and Michelle Trahan have set up shot at the fair since the beginning.

“I love reading at the Hunt. I always sit right next to the gorgeous fire place and soak in the beautiful energy of the building,” said Joy.

Angie D’anjou adds: “I wouldn’t miss this fair. When I heard that we use the old reading room of the former library, I knew it was the perfect place.”

The fair holds a special memory for Michele Trahan.

“A few years ago here at the Hunt, one of my clients had her boyfriend sit in on the reading, rather reluctantly. He seems quite taken aback by what her cards were saying and before the session was over, he proposed to her. That was a first for me,” she said.

Also returning this year are Colleen Costello, Lori Haynes, Stacey Smith and Robert Menard. Menard will be offering 3-D real-time aura photography, created on the only system of its kind available in New England. In addition, he will offer readings with a non-traditional tarot deck incorporating the seven Chakra vibrational centers.

Joining the fair for the first time is Tolan Oakenshield, who at 6 years old was taught the old Romani tradition of reading tarot by his aunt. He has more than 40 years of experience reading at fairs around the world.

“I use both the witches tarot and angel cards to do readings for anyone who wishes to have the future guided in ways that they have not seen,” he said.

In Robie’s Room, a variety of merchandise will be available from Tangled Roots Herbal and other vendors as gifts for Mother’s Day, and the upcoming wedding and graduation season, including a wide range of jewelry, crystals, spiritual gifts, candles, cards, local made soaps and perfumes, sage, Native American style flutes and carvings, music CDs and more. In addition, Angela DiMare-Messier will be offering chair massages.

The fair is presented by City Arts Nashua, with proceeds helping to fund promotion of Nashua’s vibrant arts scene.
