The New England Patriots got down to the 53-man limit with not really many if any surprises on Sunday.

They did make a trade, however, obtaining offensive tackle Walter Rouse from the Minnesota Vikings for a late round pick. The 6-foot-6, 330 pound Rouse is in his third year out of Oklahoma. It gives the Patriots some offenisve line depth.
