NASHUA – It’s official: Nashua will be seeing Stars on Tuesday, July 21 at Holman Stadium.
Yes, the Nashua Silver Knights and the city were awarded the 2026 Futures Collegiate League All-Star Game, the league announced Monday afternoon as expected.
It will be the third time Nashua will host the event, the other two times in 2012 and 2018.
“It’s an exciting opportunity to host the All-Star Game here in Nashua at Historic Holman Stadium,” Silver Knights GM Cam Cook said in a league release. “It’s been quite some time since Nashua last had the honor, and we’re looking forward to creating an exciting event for our entire community.”
Cook said Monday there are indeed activities in the works to make it a community event. Often the All-Star Game, held last year in Worcester, is a two-day event but this year it will be a one-day event with no pro scouting showcase. There will be the annual Home Run Derby Tuesday afternoon before the game which is set to start at 6:03 p.m.
There is a Game Host Committee being formed, led by Joe Bellavance of long-time sponsor Bellavance Beverage Co., with other committee members consisting of community leaders and sponsors. Bellavance sees this as another date in Nashua’s storied baseball history.
“We’re excited to watch as new names join old names in the storied history of baseball in our city,” he said.
Nashua Mayor James Donchess is also happy to see the event back at Holman.
“Nashua is thrilled to welcome everyone to this exciting cuilmination game once again,” Donchess said in the release. “The best of the best will grace our historic stadium and bring excitement and peak performance to our city. We look forward to hosting these great young athletes and cheering them on.”
This will be the first All-Star Game at Holman under the Knights ownership of John Creedon, Jr.
“The Silver Knights are grateful to Joe Bellavance for leading our Host Committee, and to Mayor Donchess and his administration for their longtime support of the Silver Knights and Historic Holman Stadium,” Creedon said, calling the event “a signature event and summertime highlight for the entire Nashua community.”
Tickets to the All-Star Game are available now on the team’s website. And for season ticket holders, All-Star Game tickets will be included when they pick up their 2026 package, Cook said.
