Raider teams have rough night on the road, going 0 for 3
It was a tough night on the road for three Rivier winter sports teams, as women’s hockey plus men’s and women’s basketball all fell on the wrong end of the scoreboard.

NEC’s Emily Lenzen scored two goals, the game’s first and the clincher in the third as the Raiders fell to 0-6.
Becca Pouliot would tack on another at the 2:13 mark in the third period to increase the Grims lead to two. The Raiders would get on the board just 30 seconds later on a Brianna Parent (St. Albans, Vt.) goal, which put them within one.
New England College would, however, net one more just 27 seconds later. Lenzen would beat Rivier tender Madelyn Morgan (Riverside, CA), who compiled 50 saves for a second time. Riv travels to Anna Maria on Friday.
