NASHUA – With a driving principle to give back to the community, Events For A Cause, a newly founded group of Nashua business leaders with more than 10 years of nonprofit governing and event experience, is presenting its first ever fundraising event.

The Brewer’s 18 Golf Tournament will be held at Amherst Country Club, Monday, Oct. 5.

The Front Door Agency, a local 501 c (3) nonprofit in Nashua, offering support and providing services to assist homeless individuals and families transition from crisis to self-sufficiency, will receive a portion of the event’s fundraising efforts.

“We are very grateful for this initial collaboration with Events For A Cause. Partnering with such a creative group who have a driving passion for supporting the local community by finding new ways to achieve their fundraising goals is exciting,” said Nicole Ennis, director of development at the Front Door Agency. “Their efforts, along with the generosity of participating golfers and sponsors, will allow us to continue to help those directly affected by the pandemic in Greater Nashua.”

The Brewer’s 18 Tournament will consist of up to 40 teams of four at a rate of $150 per golfer or $125 for a designated driver (wristband to distinguish DD). All golfers cost includes: a golf cart and greens fees, driving range prior to the tournament, a “Goodie Bag” containing water and snacks and more.
