Nashua Babe Ruth 15-year-old stars post two wins
The Nashua 15-year-old all-stars split their first two games at the baseball state tournament in Salem over the weekend.
In the first game Friday, Nashua fell to Manchester 10-0, getting just a hit each from CJ Mellen and Cam Paquette. Larry Lassiter suffered the loss for Nashua.
The all-stars bounced back on Saturday with a 5-2 win over Goffstown.
Noah Oullette went seven innings to get the win while Grant Coy was 3 for 4 and Mike Pelletier and Joe Bernard had two hits apiece.
Nashua finished with 13 hits as a team.
The team was scheduled to return to action Tuesday
