Nashua 10U All Stars dominate tournament

The Nashua 10U All-Stars went 5-0 in the Hollis/Brookline SIV tournament, defeating Greenfield Ma, Swanzey, Keene, Windham and Manchester by a combined score of 45-14.

Zach Fisher led the team with eight hits including a three-run, 220-foot blast over the center-field fence and added three doubles.

He was outstanding defensively in catching as he threw out multiple runners attempting to steal.

Miles Demers, Luke Graven, Sam Canaway, Karthik Ramesh and Anthony Frink each had five hits and all pitched well.

Other team members with multiple hits included Landon Cora (who also pitched), Matthew Knisell, Dylan Frink, Brenan Comeau, Carson Nichols and Kadyn Abreau.

Nashua never trailed in any game and played outstanding defense.

It finished the three tournaments with a record of 12-4, was runners-up in districts and third in states

Coaches were Darrel Barlow, Greg Frink and Tom Nichols
