Southern NH Cavs clinic

The Southern NH Cavaliers Hockey Program will hold a Try Hockey For Free clinic at Skate 3 in Tynsborough, Mass on Saturday, Nov. 7 beginning at 8:20.

The clinic is for youths ages 4 to 9 who wish to learn basic hockey skills. It is part of a USA Hockey’s Try Hockey program to provide youth hockey groups a platform to introduce youths to the sport.

Nashua Park-Rec B’s Trip

There are only 35 tickets available for the Nashua Park-Recreation Department-sponsored trip to the Tuesday, Dec. 29 Boston Bruins-Ottawa Senators game at the TD Garden at 7 p.m.

The cost is $135 per person and includes a coach bus ride. The bus will leave Greeley Park at 4 p.m. All seats are in the balcony section 326.

All public trips require a $30 non-refundable deposit per person. For information, call the Nashua Parks Recreation Dept. at 589-3370.

Those interested can also register in person at the Park-Rec office in Greeley Park, 1000 Concord St.

The Nashua Elks Crusaders, a non-profit youth football and cheer organization, is seeking help from the community in purchasing new equipment and uniforms.
