The Nashua Babe Ruth 14-year-old All Star team finished an unde­feated run to the District Cham­pionship with a 7-2 victory over Concord.

Hunter Routhier threw 6.1 in­nings, allowing only one hit. Tyler Retkevicz closed out the last 1.2 hitless innings.

Nashua started out fast in the game scoring four runs in the first inning on RBI’s by Seth Mar­cano, Zach Finkestein and Tyler Retkevicz.

Jack Gauther also hit two home runs and Tony Gallinaro and Zach Finkelstein each had two singles.

Nashua is now competing this weekend in state tournament play as the tourney’s hosts.
