Revolution’s Fagundez visits NH Cobras
New England Revolution 18-year-old superstar Diego Fagundez paid a visit to the NH Cobras “Summer Scorcher” Soccer Camp on Tuesday. The Cobras, a New England Revolution Academy affiliate, were conducting their annual summer camp at the Main Dunstable Fields in Nashua.
Fagundez, whose team-leading seventh goal of the season July 27 beat DC United and put the Revolution into a playoff position, signed autographs and took photos with all of the young players.
Fagundez, a product of the New England Revolution Academy, was also the featured guest at the NH Cobras Awards Banquet at Chunky’s in November 2011 after signing his first professional contract at the age of 15.
The New Hampshire Cobras are a Revolution Academy affiliate. Revolution Academy coaches conduct training sessions, clinics, and assist with current NH Cobras teams throughout the year.
