CAL RIPKEN TOURNEYS

In their inaugural season as one city-wide, combined league, Nashua Cal Ripken will host two post-season tournaments.

Beginning on Friday at 6 p.m., the New Hampshire Cal Ripken 10-U District 2 Tournament will begin on Michael Zapenas Field at Lincoln Park. Merrimack and Hollis Brookline will kick off the tournament Friday with both Nashua Cal Ripken teams in action on Zapenas Field on Saturday at 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The tournament is scheduled to run through Thursday, June 27.

Starting Saturday, July 6, Nashua Cal Ripken will host the 12U 70-foot State Championship Tournament on Murray Field in Nashua (in front of Holman Stadium). The first game begins at 10 a.m. and the tournament will run through July 11.

The winner of the state tournament will move on to regional competition with the goal of a World Series win.
