Girls lacrosse

The Nashua Blast Girls U11 team dropped an 8-7 decision to Amherst, but both returning veterans and new players showed promise. Midfield players Kirsten McIntire, Grace Bellavance, Alison Hartshorn,and Olivia Howley ran the entire field to help Britney Pearson with five assists. Offensive players Angie Clancy and Amelia Piercy kept the ball at the opposing end along with Sarah Signorello, Payson Mooso and Taylor Guilfoil, who each scored one goal.

Kaylie Keegan scored four of the Blast’s goals. Emily Morneau, Grace Wilson, Theresa Ellison, Kelsie Leith, Lindsay Hult, Anyssa Mitchell and Bailey Morin helped on defense in front of goalies Mooso and Mitchell.
