Executive Health and Sports Center swimmers

The Executive Swim Club wrapped up it’s 2012-2013 season with a team win at the New Hampshire Swim Association Championships March 15-17 at the Upper Valley Aquatic Center in White River Junction, Vt..

The Executive club won by over 800 points, finishing ahead of host Upper Valley with 3,452 points. Exeter Swim Team finished third, followed by RAYS of Londonderry and Manchester Swim Team to round out the top five teams.

Eva Childers, of Henikker, was one of three winners of the NHSA Scholarship Essay. Eleven swimmers represented Executive at the Northern Sectional Championships the following weekend in Buffalo, N.Y. That event, held in a long-course meters format, was highlighted by Matthew Grauslys, 16, of Manchester, who qualified for Junior Nationals in both the 100 (55.79) and 200 (2:05.81) butterfly events.

Also making finals were: Molly Fitzpatrick of Bedford (100 and 200 breaststroke), Christine Black of Amherst (100 and 200 breaststroke), Elliot Chun of Bedford (100 and 200 breaststroke), Joe Moleski of Litchfield and Bishop Guertin (50 and 100 freestyle), Morgan Stickney of Bedford (500, 800 and 1,500 freestyle), and Natalie Giraldi of Bedford (100 breaststroke).

At the New Hampshire Championships, Executive swimmers dominated and posted many meet records over the three-day meet. They included Lindsey Wagner of Bedford, 11-12 girls 50 backstroke (29.18); Black, 17-19 girls 100 breaststroke (1:08.14); the 15-19 girls 200 medley relay team of Ana Milosavljevic of Londonderry, Giraldi , Molly Fitzpatrick, and Brooke Carrobis, all of Bedford (1:50.03); Trent Levasseur of Litchfield, 11-12 boys 100 freestyle (55.85;, the 11-12 boys 200 freestyle relay team of Colin Allen, Julian Chun, Alex Tjie, and Trent Levasseur (2:01.82); Grant Levasseur of Litchfield, 13-14 boys 100 backstroke (54.84) and 100 butterfly (54.58); the 13-14 boys 200 freestyle relay team of Michael Giraldi, Andrew Allen, Jake Donahue and Grant Levasseur (1:35.87); Grauslys, 15-16 boys 100 butterfly (50.44), 200 intermediate (1:56.15) and 200 freestyle (1:43.72); Moleski, 17-19 boys 50 freestyle (21.78) and 100 freestyle (48.03), Chun, 17-19 boys 100 breaststroke (1:00.97); the 15-19 boys 200 medley relay team of Jamie Lutze, Chun, Matthew Grausyls, and Moleski (1:36.74); and the 15-19 boys 200 freestyle Relay team of Grauslys, Jamie Lutze, Grant Drukker, and Moleski (1:28.80).
