Boys State Meet

Gymnastics Village of Amherst competed in the United States Gymnastics-New Hampshire Boys State Meet at Brentwood Commons on March 17, placing first in the team competition in Levels 4, 6, 7 and 8-10. The boys qualified for New England Regionals to be held April 6 and 7 at Springfield College, Springfield, Mass.

Individual results included:

Level 4

6 years – Evan Pearson, third place.

7-8 years – Tyler Beekman, first place; Colin Corban, second place; Alex Catchpole, third place

Level 5

9-10 years – Jacob Crow, second place; Brandon Campbell, third place.

11-plus years – Dylan Biedrzycki, first place.

Level 6

9-10 years – Mica Buck, second place; Aydan Kuhrert, third place.

Level 7

11-12 years – Dominic Ramalho, first place; Daniel Lougee, second place.

Level 8

11-12 years – Dylan LeClair, first place; Taden Thurber, second place; Michael Fletcher, third place.

Level 9

13-14 years – Nicholas Merryman, first place; John Rowbotham, second place.

Level 10

17-18 years – Trevor Nozell, second place; Franz Card, third place.
