The Nashua Lady Nighthawks fourth/fifth grade team, in their first season, won the River Valley League championship.The girls finished the season on a 10-game winning streak.

Competing in the sixth grade playoff bracket, the Lady Hawks defeated Peabody (Mass.) in the preliminary round 30-29 in overtime. Nashua defeated Tewksbury (Mass.) in the quarterfinals 30-20 and North Reading (Mass.) in the semifinals 35-13.

In the championship game, Nashua played a very tough Masco team, but held on for the win 24-21.

The Lady Nighthawks included Jordyn Choate, Abby Coy, Bianca Gershgorin, Alayja Linton, Julianna Martin, Hannah Muchemore, Aryanna Murray, Kendra Santoro, and Alexa Wilkins.
