NASHUA – The Nashua High School South football program will be holding its First Annual Panthers Football Alumni Dinner and Fundraiser on Saturday, August 29 from 6-9 p.m. at the Nashua Event Center on 2200 Southwood Drive in Nashua.

The event is 21-years-of-age and older.

There is a price for a single ticket ($75) and a price for a table of eight . Also, additional sponsorship levels are available.

The event will celebrate the one Nashua High School and South’s combined 100-year history, including its state championship teams.

Additionally, this year’s South team captains will be introduced as a way to kick off the 2026 season, which begins on Friday night, Sept. 4 at Bedford.

There will be a cash bar, buffet, raffles and live auction, music, and other activities.

PRACTICES BEGIN FRIDAY

Most if not all area high school football teams — South, North, Bishop Guertin, Merrimack, Alvirne, Souhegan, Hollis Brookline, Milford and Campbell will be starting official practices for the 2026 season on Friday. The season openers are three weeks from this weekend.
