HS Roundup: South girls hoop wins, BG boys hockey falls

Basketball, hockey, wrestling, they were all in action locally on Wednesday night as the winter regular seasons begin to hit the home stretch.
Here’s the rundown:
BOYS HOCKEY
TRINITY 4, BISHOP GUERTIN 3
The Cards (7-4) saw their four-game win streak snapped thanks to the Pioneers’ Tristan Lucier’s second goal of the game at 5:40 of the third period.
Owen Murphy and Gavin Santos each had a goal and an assist for the Cards, while Luca Ferrari had a goal and Dom Trepanier added two assists.
BG hosts Londonderry Saturday at Skate III.
MHBDS 6, BISHOP BRADY 0
The WarHawks have won four of their last five, improving to 7-6-1. They’ll host Keene on Saturday at West Side Arena.
GIRLS HOCKEY
BISHOP BRADY-TRINITY-BOW 7, SOUHEGAN-NASHUA 0
It was a tough night at Conway Arena for the Storm, as they were outshot 44-7. They gave up four first-period goals and couldn’t recover.
Still, goalie Charlotte Dezotell played well with 37 saves.
Now 3-11-1, the Storm is at Exeter on Saturday.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
NASHUA SOUTH 55, MANCHESTER MEMORIAL 29
The Panthers rolled, improving to 12-3 as Maggie Gallagher finished with 13 points and Brooke Berger and Anya Challinger adding 10 each. Addie Borden chipped in eight.
The Panthers host Dover on Friday.
COE-BROWN 66, MILFORD 37
The Spartans fell to 5-8 as they trailed 44-18 on the road and couldn’t recover. Shea Hansen led Milford with 17 points, while Lexi Bausha added 10.
Milford is at ConVal on Friday.
BOYS BASKETBALL
RAYMOND 63, CAMPBELL 51
Jayden Medina had 21 points and Jeremy Rafuse added 11 but the visiting Cougars fell to 7-9
Campbell will wrap up the regular season on Friday at home vs. Monadnock.
WRESTLING
MILFORD 65, PORTSMOUTH 16
The Spartans rolled with pins by Calix Lajoie at 144, Tanner Herbert at 150, Phillip Wright at 157, Brandon Leeman at 215, Connor Hartigan at 106, Colton Schusler at 113, Kiernan Lordan at 120, Max Hammerstrom at 126, and a technical fall 16-1 by Cam Stickney at 132.
GOFFSTOWN 51, SOUHEGAN 30
The Sabers lost a dual meet of Division II contenders, despite wins by Nathan Stout at 120 (pin), Jack Kaler at 132 (pin), Landon Carson at 138 (pin), and Cole Mobley at 175 (pin).
