HS Roundup: Sabers have balanced attack; Neveu third on slopes
A light Thursday night on the high school schedule as the big chill arrives again but the Souhegan High School girls basketball team certainly packed some heat for a win.
Meanwhile, the last ski meet of Nashua North and South’s regular season took place with the state meets next week.

GIRLS BASKETBALL
SOUHEGAN 58, JOHN STARK 26
Nayaa Dineshkumar had 12 points while Mariellah Dart added 11 as the Sabers improved to 8-5. They led 14-2 after one and were never threatened.
Brynn Siska (nine point), Lanai Hickman (eight) and Julia Skelton (seven) rounded out the scoring.
Souhegan hosts Plymouth on next Tuesday.
BOYS & GIRLS SKIING
NORTH’S NEVEU THIRD
Titan Rosalie Neveu was the top North or South finisher, taking third place in a meet vs.Bishop Guertin, Timberlane and four others.
Trina Neveu was 10t. Meanwhile in the boys race, South’s Tommy Neveu was seventh.
The Division I meet is Monday (girs) and Tuesday (boys)
