This week and next as we get further away from the 2025 spring season and get closer to Fall 2025, the Telegraph will take a look back honor the high school athletes who went above and beyond.

Due to time and other constraints, for the spring season we will not have full teams but rather for most sports a Player of the Year with a Fab Five, the top five athletes in each sport (basically an Honorable Mention for Player of the Year), and a Coach of the Year.

TELEGRAPH 2025 GIRLS OUTDOOR TRACK ATHLETE OF THE YEAR

JHANELLE THOMAS, NASHUA NORTH

Thomas was a two-time state champion in the 100 and 300 hurdles, and also a Division I champion in both. Not to mention her work with the North relays. She went out the way she came in, as a winner.
