HS Roundup: Cavs girls soccer, field hockey keep winning

It’s been a great fall season for Hollis Brookline High School girls sports, and the Cavs proved that again on Friday with girls soccer and field hockey wins. That plus an end to another local team’s long win streak is just below:
GIRLS SOCCER
HOLLIS BROOKLINE 4, BOW 1
The Cavs (12-0) stay undefeated with a win against the Falcons. Rosalie DeSantis led the way with two goals with Sam Disco and McKenna Maguire scored one goal apiece. Marleigh Kreick added an assist. HB hosts Kingswood on Tuesday.
MILFORD 1, CONVAL 1
Kinsley Matsis score a goal on an assist from Haleigh Lloyd in the Spartans (4-4-4) tie. Camdyn Sayward collected two saves. Milford visits Keene on Tuesday.
TIMBERLANE 8, MERRIMACK 0
The Tomahawks (2-8-1) were outpaced by the Owls resulting in a shutout loss. Merrimack visits Goffstown on Tuesday.
GILFORD 3, CAMPBELL 0
The Cougars (11-1-1) nine game win streak comes to an end at the hands of an undefeated Gilford squad. Campbell hosts Raymond on Tuesday.
FIELD HOCKEY
HOLLIS BROOKLINE 6, PEMBROKE 0
Nyah Jernberg and Addison Marchant both scored two goals to improve the Cavs record to 13-1. Sabrina Hill and Emily Tebbetts each recorded a goal and an assist. HB visits Plymouth on Tuesday.
DERRYFIELD 1, MILFORD 0
The Spartans (0-14) remain winless on the season after another loss on Friday. Milford visits Kingswood on Wednesday.
SOUHEGAN 2, BOW 1
Amelia Warecki made 10 saves to lead the Sabers (10-4) to their fifth straight win. Ori Dart and Hanalia Dykstra each found the back of the net. Caitlin Ridings and Ella Russell each tallied an assist. Souhegan hosts ConVal on Tuesday.
