High School Roundup: Dover edges North boys soccer

BOYS SOCCER

DOVER 3, NASHUA NORTH 2

The Titans led the majority of the contest, but Dover scored three unanswered goals to come away with the win. Cam Rodrigues scored two goals with Arthur Santos and Preston Thompson adding assists. North visits Hanover on Monday.

GIRLS SOCCER

NASHUA SOUTH 4, MANCHESTER MEMORIAL 0

Soraya Ross netted two goals on the way to a shutout win for the Panthers. Addison Varley and Alex Kapopolous (assist) scored one apiece. Bella O’Halloran, Peyton Renzi and Ella Benzekri tallied assists. Izzy Medeiros made five saves between the pipes. South visits Windham on Thursday.

NASHUA NORTH 2, DOVER 0

The Titans open up the season with a shutout victory over Dover at home. Lilly Baker-Olivierra and Allie Frye found the back of the net. Grace Cardin had an outstanding game in net. North hosts Hanover on Tuesday.

HOLLIS BROOKLINE 8, KENNETT 0

McKenna Maguire (assist) and Addison Fyfe each tallied a hat trick to secure a Cavaliers win. Molly Reardon (goal, assist), Marleigh Kreick (goal), Lauren Holt (assist), Rosalie DeSantis (assist) added to the offense. Bailey Dunn and Addison Dougherty (two saves) shared time in net. HB hosts Souhegan on Tuesday.

FIELD HOCKEY

MILFORD 5, LACONIA 3

Mairead Kirby led the Spartan offense with two goals and an assist to help with an opening day win. Chloe Houston (goal, assist), Willa Audley (goal, two assists), Lauren Jasper (goal) and Chloe Marchand (six saves) contributed for the locals. Milford visits Lebanon on Tuesday.
