The Hollis Brookline baseball team is enjoying a great start to its season, winning a tight game Tuesday with Lebanon to remain unbeaten. Also, Alvirne won its second straight game to highlight a very busy day for local teams.

The Bishop Guertin and Nashua South boys tennis teams on, while the Souhegan girls stayed unbeaten.

But the performance of the day may have been by Saber Wil Jaques, who was a four-time winner in a four-team meet in Amherst. On the flip side, the Nashua North baseball winning streak was snapped.

Here you go:

HB hopes to keep it going on Thursday at Hanover.
