TYNGSBOROUGH, Mass. — The Hollis Brookline-Derryfield hockey team wrapped up one of its best regular seasons since the co-op was created several years ago with a a 5-1 win Sunday over Laconia-Winnisquam-Inter Lakes at Skate 3 Arena

It was the Warriors’ second win over LWIL in the last two days as they end up as the likely No. 2 seed in Divsion III at 15-3.

The Warriors spread the wealth yesterday with five different scorers: Jesse Gertz, Emmet Chretien, Connor Farnu, Tate Flint and Aidan Rowe. Bryson Geirsch and Paul Vachon had assists.

HBDS will now likely face No. 7 Kearsarge-Plymouth in the quarterfinals next Saturday at 5 p.m. at Nashua’s Conway Arena.
