The very young Cavaliers may have grown up a bit last night. The Saints, now 7-1 with their seventh straight win, led 3-0 at halftime but scored TDs in the third and fourth quarter.

HB’s score was a TD pass from Riley McQuilkin to Braydon Laub, and the Cavs had two other drives inside the Saints 30 but came up empty. They also ended the half on the STA 7-yard line.

“It was a good game but a typical game for us,” Cavs coach Chris Lones said. “We played 22-24 kids and of that 15 were freshman or sophomores.”

HB hosts Hanover next Friday to wrap up the season.
