The Nashua High School North football team has a flair for the dramatic this season.

After rallying past Merrimack last week on a last second field goal, the Titans, trailing 10-0 in the fourth quarter at Windham on Friday night, scored a pair of TDs to improve to 3-0 with a 14-10 win.

Meanwhile, also in Division I, Alvirne was beaten by Keene.

In Division II, Milford lost a battle of unbeatens with Lebanon while Souhegan rolled past Hollis Brookline.

Here’s the rundown:

NASHUA NORTH 14,

WINDHAM 10

Derek Finlay’s TD pass with 3:13 left gave the Titans the comeback win. They first got on the board with a TD run with 10:23 to go.

Before then, Windham had the lead with a Adam Burke field goal and a Kavi Patel TD.

North’s defense did the job, holding the 1-2 Jaguars to under 200 yards of offense and ruining the program’s annual “Blackout Cancer” night, which drew a huge crowd. Windham led 3-0 at halftime.

North now sets up a huge Battle of The Bridge game next Friday night vs. Nashua South with the two at opposite ends of the spectrum, 3-0 vs. 0-3.

LEBANON 27,

MILFORD 14

The 3-0 Raiders scored two TDs in the fourth quarter to hand the Spartans (2-1) their first loss in Milford.

Milford was up, 14-12 going into the fourth quarter thanks to a Logan Barnhill rushing TD and Charlie Urda TD pass to Trice Cote. Urda threw for 65 yards in the game and Barnhill had 78 yards on the ground.

But Lebanon grabbed the lead on a Jackson Stone punt return for a TD.The Spartans later tuned the ball over on downs and Lebanon punched one in at the end for the clincher.

Milford is at Hollis Brookline next Saturday night.

SOUHEGAN 50,

HOLLIS BROOKLINE 8

The visiting Sabers rolled thanks to two J.J. Bright touchdowns, while Mitch Hauser and Tony Garrant each had a TD.

Riley Carr, Steven Reynolds, Brayden Hickman and Connor Cassidy each scored their first varsity TDs for the young Sabers. Brady Melvin played well defensively for Souhegan, which hosts Bow next Friday.
