It was perfect conditions for a track meet on Saturday morning – breezy, brisk, and sunny.

And Nashua South made it a perfect day with a boy-girl sweep of Bishop Guertin, a day in which they honored 22 senior athletes.

“It was a great senior celebration day,” South boys coach Doug Booth said.

Also, the Merrimack boys lacrosse team recovered from a tough loss Friday to Pinkerton and edged Derryfield to get back to the .500 mark.
