NASHUA — The Nashua High School North-Souhegan hockey team has had a flair for the dramatic at times this season.

Unfortunately, that didn’t work for the Saber-Titans on Saturday with a 6-5 overtime loss to Bishop Brady in the regular season finale.

N-S (4-4) battled from deficits of 3-0, 4-3, and 5-4 but the Green Giants’ 9 ruined their effort with a goal with just over four minutes left in the sudden death session.

The locals got two goals from Mike Dodge. Ethan Gaffney had a goal and two assists, his second assist coming on Chris Sweester’s game-tying goal at 13:05 of the third period.

Peter Lennox also got a goal for the Saber-Titans, who had assists from Chris Weeden, Chase McBride and Will Dodge.

Brady got two goals and two assists from Ben Mordarski.
