Brady gets his seventh Super Bowl ring as Tampa Bay beats Kansas City 31-9

Tom Brady is a Super Bowl champion for an incredible seventh time.

The former New England Patriots quarterback, playing in his 10th Super Bowl, led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a 31-9 roasting of the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday night at Tampa’s Raymond James Stadium.

Brady threw three touchdown passes, two to former Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski and one to one time Patriots receiver Antonio Brown. He finished 21 for 29 for201 yards and three TDs.

The Bucs trailed 3-0 but then stormed to a 21-6 halftime lead, including TD to Brown in the final seconds of the first half.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Pat Mahomes was under pressure the entire night, held to without a TD pass while throwing two interceptions. He was 20 of 40 for just 212 yards.

Gronkowski had a team high six catches for 67 yards.
