Republicans have been stacking the U.S. Supreme Court for 40 years. They have been quite open about their strategy. The Heritage Foundation and Federalist Society have been keeping a list of judges who are anti-abortion.

But there is hope. Congresspeople Ted Lieu and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have sent a letter to the Senate asking them to make a finding to whether Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch lied to Congress. Aside from the statements re Stare decisis, they point out that Senators Collins and Manchin felt misled.

We need a grassroots movement to impeach and remove Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. You can go online where there are petitions to sign. There are also several websites re the subject.
