Hello fellow Merrimack residents, well on April 13 we have a special town election. This election is to vote in a replacement for our former Representative Dick Hinch and newly elected Speaker of the House of Representative of the House of New Hampshire. Dick was a good friend of mine, a fellow US Navy Veteran and a friend to Merrimack residents. And we all miss Dick, as he passed from us very suddenly from COVID-19.

We are writing this letter to the editor to let you all know a little about a fellow Merrimack resident, Bill Boyd.

Bill is running for State Representative. He has been a Town Councilor for the past 10 years. Bill is there for us. He listens to our concerns, and is a results type of guy. He gets it done.

His approach to managing town challenges is results oriented and uses common sense values. As was mentioned in an editorial, “Bill Boyd is the kind of public servant who has made the Granite State the jewel of the Northeast for generations; quiet, hardworking, and dedicated individual who feels duty bound to do right by his neighbors.”

So as we approach next month, we are asking that you VOTE for Bill Boyd on April 13 for our State Representative.
