On a personal level, I’d like to share what Sen. Cindy Rosenwald did for my daughter and I this past year. When I first called Cindy, I was frantic. My daughter’s illness had been causing her teeth to break, and without help, the only option Medicaid could offer was to have them pulled out!

Sen Rosenwald (Cindy) answered the phone herself, no buffers, no one else. She took on the issue, listened patiently, and always picked up her phone to update me on her progress.

I almost couldn’t believe it when she got the Head of the NH Health & Human Services to call me personally about my problem! Then, she got the Head of the NH Dental Society to call me too! Cindy is truly a strong advocate to have on your side.

As a result, my daughter has been receiving affordable and thorough dental care, and isn’t going to lose her teeth! Also, I took the Senator’s advice and switched Medicaid providers for 1 year and got my teeth cleaned and repaired recently.

At that time, Cindy was sponsoring a bill to help folks get good, affordable dental care, but it was shot down by Gov. Sununu. She hasn’t given up though and is again sponsoring a bill.

She worked so hard, you’d think she was our personal advocate, but I truly believe she works for us all. Cindy Rosenwald is what a politician is supposed to be, a friend and more.

She really cares, and if you live in Nashua wards 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, or 9, I hope you will join me in voting for Cindy Rosenwald this fall.
