I am proud to support the re-election of Senator Melanie Levesque to the State Senate.

Melanie grew up in Nashua and I had the privilege of knowing her for many years, as we lived in the same neighborhood. It was instantly clear that Melanie is a brilliant, compassionate, and intelligent woman who is willing to listen to any side of an issue. She has a keen sense of what needs to be done, along with the spirit and courage to make it happen.

Over the past two years, I’ve seen Melanie’s leadership in action, whether it’s working to end the practice of property tax downshifting, which increases the tax burden on towns and taxpayers, advocating for affordable housing policies to attract young people to our state, or working to implement the next step in rail for the Southern Tier, Melanie has been a tireless advocate for the people of District 12.

Above all else, Melanie has always been accessible to all and responsive to her constituents. She worked closely with constituents to provide the resources necessary to help navigate the ongoing pandemic. From stimulus checks and unemployment benefits to food banks and PPE vendors, Melanie was there to help.

For these reasons and many more, I will happily cast my vote for Melanie Levesque, and I encourage you to do the same!
