Consider Volinsky

By Denise Clark - Milford | Aug 29, 2020

The response to coronavirus by New Hampshire school districts will likely cause their budgets to balloon: for the necessary electronic devices for their students for remote learning; as well as for on-site sanitary protocols: PPE for school staff, “sneeze” guards for student desks, and more.

All of this will cost New Hampshire property taxpayers greatly. The most affected will be those residents in more rural cash-poor, but land-rich towns.

As a NH native senior citizen, I am looking for property-tax relief from my elected officials. Inequity in NH education and how NH pays for that education needs to be addressed: It is the proverbial can that has been kicked down the road for far too long, and the pandemic has exacerbated it.

Only one gubernatorial candidate has the courage to intelligently discuss possible options to funding NH education: Andru Volinsky. He has been at the forefront of this debate since the late 1990s.

Andru Volinsky seeks to create parity between towns so all New Hampshire students may get an equitable education that all New Hampshire property taxpayers can afford.

If you, like me, seek property-tax relief, consider Andru Volinsky in the upcoming New Hampshire primary.
