All this chaos about schools starting, not starting, etc. Teachers, professors, parents scurrying to find the ‘best’ and safest solution for all, regarding educating their children safely ‘this’ year. The President quite insistent about returning to school now!

My thought is – what big huge harm would come to anyone, students, parents, board of education, Governors, all those having to make a decision here and now… such a responsibility.

I say, what would be the big deal in just totally skipping this entire year? Across the USA? It would certainly be safer, cause less anxiety for all involved. All would start in 2021 and all would still be the same age in the same grade, therefore graduating with their peers at the same age, there would be no shame about who’s older – no one would be labeled as ‘staying back’ a year! What a huge relief all around … again, just a thought. I am so sad for all the students, as well as parents who are so torn and feel as if they are possibly being forced to make a very difficult decision. What’s the rush? Stay safe, and do what you all know is right for all involved.
