For years, the agencies and programs of the Partnership for Successful Living – Harbor Homes, Harbor Care Health and Wellness Center, Keystone Hall, Southern NH HIV/AIDS Task Force, and Healthy at Home – have taken on the most challenging issues in our communities. We have built success through innovation, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to our most vulnerable community members. Over the next few months, we will continue on our journey and together become Harbor Care, a recognition of our roots, and a glimpse of where we are heading.

These are challenging times, and rather than focus on a re-branding, we choose to continue to focus on the people who depend on us. This is why we will be rolling out our new brand over several months vs. all at once. The world today is changing; we are evolving to meet new challenges and create new opportunities for the individuals and families we serve. Harbor Care helps us to pool our resources, share the strength of our various initiatives, and offer a whole-person approach to our patients and clients. Through our integration as Harbor Care, we will continue to solve community challenges, heal families, and help our neighbors find a safe place to live, with the services they need to overcome and succeed.

I am happy to answer any questions you may have, but I want to stress that no major changes to our services are happening – clients and community partners can continue to contact us as they have been – same phone numbers, same email addresses (the old ones will continue to work even as new ones with the @harborcarenh.org handle gets implemented), and the same office locations.

The Partnership for Successful Living has grown and tackled some major challenges over the past decade – from ending homelessness, to supporting veterans and their families, to community health, to dependency and addiction. We have made a difference in countless lives and families. Becoming Harbor Care honors where we began, and gets us to where we are heading.
