The Hudson Logistics Center Team (aka Hillwood) presentation to the Hudson Planning Board Meeting on July 22, 2020, was sorely lacking in clear responses to significant questions related to the development of the Green Meadow Golf Course as a major distribution center.

The early part of the meeting restated the original presentation but the Hillwood team fell far short of providing answers to critical questions which emanate from an analysis of the impact of the HLC on the community of Hudson and the associated NH and Massachusetts environs.

The volume of unanswered issues of major concern grows as Planning Board members, town leaders and residents continue to scratch the surface of the Hudson Logistics Center’s packaged presentation. For example, when questioned about where the multiple tractor-trailers and smaller vehicles serving the distribution center would be fueled there was firm denial that fueling would occur on the Green Meadow site. Logically the next question from the Planning Board inquired about where the refueling would occur. NO clear and direct answer was provided!! This was just one example of unclear/incomplete information.
