Thank you to our community!

By Amie Groff - The Salvation Army, Nashua | Jan 12, 2020

The Salvation Army would like to thank everyone in the community who contributed to making this past Christmas possible. The Salvation Army was able to serve 623 families. This includes 1,324 children.

Serving 623 families at Christmas would not have been possible without the help of the Santa Fund and The Telegraph staff. Thank you to every person who contributed to the Santa Fund through toys and monetary donations. We are extremely grateful to every company, school, organization and individual who donated toys, clothing, gift cards and more to the Angel Tree and Adopt-a-Family program.

After a few bumps along the way with our kettle campaign, we raised 96% of our goal, totaling $177,612.59! We appreciate every person who donated to the kettles, all the bell ringers and volunteers who stood the kettles, and all the stores that allowed our kettles outside their doors.

As the number of people The Salvation Army services continues to grow, so does the support from our community. Thank you for supporting us this year!
