Something to think about
While at the protest of the recent Trump rally in Manchester, I saw several elderly Catholic nuns in the front row of the protestors, holding a sign that read, “Sisters of Mercy Stand with Immigrants.” They are of the order of nuns who taught me in high school. I am thankful for their profound presence at the demonstration.
By definition, Catholic nuns are highly conservative women, with deep moral and spiritual convictions. They do not question authority lightly.
My question is: How bad are the policies of this administration that octogenarian nuns will take to the streets in protest?
Ponder that. In 2020, vote accordingly.
