I realize that the person who writes the opinion article each day is entitled to his or her opinion. And, I also realize that most of the time the articles, and this newspaper, lean heavily to the right. But, I was thoroughly disgusted when in the last paragraph of the article, the writer blamed the Democratic Party for women not wanting her consensual partner to wear a condom. It is just as much the blame of men who do not wish to wear a condom. Where does the writer find this absurd information?

As an Independent, and having voted on both sides of the aisle when I thought the person was the right person for the job, I’m becoming more unhappy with this newspaper. After 15 years of being a subscriber, I’m seriously thinking about not renewing my subscription when the time comes. I don’t think it’s as good a paper as it used to be.
