Thumbs Up – To the Nashua Area Artists Association and all those involved in putting together this year’s 68th annual Greeley Park Arts Show, set for Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. More than 50 artists will take part in this annual event, which draws people from all over New England. Artists will be displaying their artwork in diverse mediums such as oils, acrylic, watercolors, pastels/drawing, mixed media, jewelry, photography and digital art. The event is sure to be a huge success, thanks to the efforts of countless people.

Thumbs UP – And congratulations to those honorees who were recognized by the Greater Merrimack Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce last week at the Chamber’s annual dinner. All those – and many more – recognized are deserving of praise for their ongoing efforts to make our area the shining star in Souther New Hampshire. Thank you for a job well done.

THUMBS UP – To all those involved in the Nashua Goes Back to School program. The event is set for Thursday at the Nashua Public Library. A mountain of work goes into planning and executing this annual fete, which is made possible by more than two dozen sponsors and countless people donating time and school supplies for local children. Thank you to all those involved.
