Remember the fallen
Sunday marks the one-year anniversary of the terrible motorcycle crash that took the lives of seven people in Randolph, New Hampshire.
The seven were members of the Jarheads Motorcycle Club, a New England group that includes Marines and their spouses. The victims were from New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Following the tragedy last year, thousands of motorcyclists gathered for a 90-mile ride from Laconia to Randolph.
While we are not aware of any planned tributes this year, we must remember this tragedy and continue to keep safety in mind when traveling the highways of the Granite State with fellow motorists, especially those on vehicles with two wheels. With caution in mind, let us hope there is one bright spot from the horrific accident – and safer and more secure roadway.
