Patricia Ann (Leclerc) Bailey

Patricia Ann (Leclerc) Bailey, 72, of Hudson, NH passed away on Monday, October 19, 2026 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack.

She was born December 23, 1953, daughter of the late Amedee and Pauline Leclerc. Pat was also predeceased by her sister Donna Pearce and brother Anthony Leclerc.

A graduate of Alvirne High school class of 1972, Pat continued to live and raise her family in Hudson. She worked at the Nashua District Court after graduation until her daughter was born in 1981. She later worked for a variety of local school bus companies in Hudson and Merrimack until her retirement.

She was an active member of Gate City Grange and later Hudson Grange #11 as well as holding many offices and positions within the NH State Grange. Being a Grange member for 58 years was an important part of her life and made many of the life-long friends that she had. She also held positions with Cub Scout Pack 20 and BSA Troop 20 where she, once again, made many life-long friends.

However, Pat’s greatest pride and joy were her four grandsons. She was their biggest supporter at soccer, football, or baseball games, chorus or band concerts, birthday parties, and school events. Nana always made sure that their favorite treats and drinks were available and there was always an open bed for a sleepover.

Pat is survived by her husband of 47 years, B. Richard Bailey and children Rachel Scanzani (Shawn) and B. Patrick Bailey (Ashley), her four cherished grandsons, Jacob, Connor, Benjamin, and Joshua, her brother Jerry Leclerc, brother-in-law Rick, and her closest friend Patrice Lawlor.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 1st from 1:00pm – 4:00pm at The White Birch, 222 Central Street in Hudson. All are welcome to come enjoy time, food, and conversation as Pat would like it. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org
