Elizabeth A. Ledoux,83, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at her home in Hudson, NH.

Elizabeth attended Alvirne High School and graduated in 1961. She met her beloved husband of 64 years, Ralph Ledoux, while working at Benson’s Wild Animal Park in Hudson and married him on September 29, 1962. During the early years of their marriage, Betty and Ralph enjoyed once a month dances at the Fish and Game Club. In those years Betty was also a member of the First Baptist Church of Hudson. Betty enjoyed many winters in Florida and more recently became a member of the Hudson Senior Center.

Betty will be remembered as a warm and wonderful human being: a devoted wife, a loving mother and a cherished grandmother. She was blessed with the gift of hospitality and took pride in creating a welcoming space where people could come and feel loved and cared for. She filled her lovely home with family photos, creative crafts built with her own hands and the aroma of fresh-baked brownies.

She continuously gave of her time; sharing recipes, craft techniques and caring for her five grandchildren as they grew. She taught, through example, the value of contentment and of putting family first.

Betty is survived by her husband Ralph Ledoux, her two sons, Randall Ledoux and his wife Kathleen Ledoux; Michael Ledoux and his wife Bethellen Ledoux; her grandchildren, Catrina Thomson and her husband Ian Thomson; Timothy Ledoux and his wife Violet Ledoux; Danielle Ledoux and her husband Christopher Woods; Brian Ledoux; Maddison Vidal and her husband John Vidal; and by her great-grandson Callan Vidal, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Betty will be deeply missed but her legacy will live on in traditions she has cultivated and in the shared joyful memories of her family. Those who knew her were blessed to call her wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

A graveside service will be held on October 26, 2026 at the N.H. State Veterans Cemetery located at 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH, 03303 at 11:00am.
