Natalie D. Cormier

Eleven days after celebrating her 100th birthday, Natalie Denise (Duchesneau) Cormier died at the Hunt Community in Nashua, N.H., on September 14, 2026.

Mrs. Cormier was born September 3, 1926, in Nashua, daughter of the late Ernestine (Lemery) Duchesneau and the late Ralph S. Duchesneau. She graduated from Our Lady of the Angels Academy in Montreal, P.Q., in 1942. Mrs. Cormier was employed by New England Telephone Company for 28 years.

She was active in the Association for Retarded Children, serving as treasurer of the Nashua chapter from 1963-1966. Natalie and her husband Vincent were among the founding families of St. Joseph Parish in Nashua in 1955.

After retiring in 1986, she and her husband made their home in Nashua and Port Orange, Florida. She spent her later years living at the Hunt.

She is immediately survived by three sons and their spouses: Jay and Ann of Londonderry, N.H., Mark and Betsy of Hudson, N.H., and Timothy and Maria of San Antonio, Texas; a daughter, Mary Jane of Londonderry; three grandchildren and their spouses: Ben and Ashley (Koen) of Glasgow, Scotland; Brad and Nellie (Darling) of Winthrop, Mass.; and Natalie and Zachary Martinez of Bellevue, Washington; and three great-grandchildren: Ezekiel, Esther and Chelsea Martinez.

Mrs. Cormier was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Vincent, her daughter Elizabeth Ann, and grandson Gabriel.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 24, at 10 a.m. at St. Jude Church, 435 Mammoth Road in Londonderry. Burial, at Saint Louis de Gonzague Cemetery in Nashua, will be private. There are no calling hours.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Vincent and Natalie Cormier Scholarship Fund at St. Anselm College in Manchester, N.H.
