Elizabeth Forward

Elizabeth Forward, surrounded by loved ones at home in Wilton, NH, peacefully passed June 30, 2026. Born June 18, 1937, Nashua, NH, to Lilla Mae (Moulton) Murphy and August Albert Murphy, of Nashua, NH.

She was predeceased by her parents, three sisters, Elaine Lyons, Dorothy Merrill, Kitty (Mildred) Dwyer and her husband of 47 years, Herbert Forward, Hudson, NH.

She leaves behind cherished loved ones, beloved sister Kathleen Mae Miller, Lancaster, NH, her partner, best friend, and love of her life for thirteen years, Leslie Pasquale Tallarico, Wilton, NH, her son Glenn Forward, his wife Charlene, and her beloved grandson Nathan Forward. Charlene and Glenn, along with niece, Susan Knapp of Rindge, NH, were her caregivers for the last two years of her life. Another niece, Naomi Hamm of Troy, NH, joined in her care in the last few months.

Her family was paramount to her. Do unto others as you would have done to you. Liz served at the First Baptist Church of Hudson, also contributing to the Joy Fellowship group. It’s not what you have, it’s what you’re willing to give was her legacy.

A celebration of her life will be held on August 1, 2026 at 10:30am at the First Baptist Church, 236 Central Street, Hudson, NH. A private planting will take place in September at the Cathedral of the Pines.
