Bernard “Bernie” Raymond Grimard

Bernard “Bernie” Raymond Grimard, 74, of Lyndeborough, NH, died Saturday, June 13, 2026 at St Joseph Hospital in Nashua surrounded by family. He was born January 4, 1952 in Whitefield NH, the son of the late Raymond Bernard Grimard and Barbara June Grimard.

He was the husband of Susan Mae Jones. They had been together for 25 years. Bernie worked his whole life as a carpenter, rebuilding and renovating properties all over New England. In his free time, he enjoyed golfing and hunting and had a large collection of trophies.

Bernie is survived by his wife Susan Jones; his brother, Raymond B. Grimard and his sister Charlotte Carrier and her husband Nelson Carrieris; his two children, son Christopher B. Grimard and daughter Erika M. (Grimard) Boudreau Woods and her husband Henry J. Woods Jr.; his grandson, Johnathan W. O’Rourke and his wife Rachael B. O’Rourke; his granddaughters, Sarah Chasseur and her husband Jonathan Chasseur, and Jillian Neider; as well as his great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11AM on Friday, July 17th at Reed’s Graveyard, 190 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH. Assisting with arrangements is the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, Manchester.
