Verjean (Briggs) Nolan, 92, of Nashua NH, died on Wednesday, July 1st, 2026.

She was born on January 11, 1934, in Nashua, NH. Daughter of the late Burleigh and Delilah (Esque) Briggs. Wife of the late William B. Nolan, veteran of the Korean War whom she married on October 31, 1953, and died on August 4, 1966.

In addition to her parents, Burleigh and Delilah Briggs, and her husband, William B. Nolan, she was predeceased by her two brothers, Burleigh Briggs, Jr. and Robert Briggs, and four sisters, Vera Briggs, Linda Briggs, Ellen Newman and Vivian Nash and her husband Lazel.

She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Nolan; three brothers, Albert, Duane and Terry Briggs; and brother-in-law, Charles Newman; three grandsons, Jeffrey, Robert, and William and his wife Dena; two granddaughters, Dawn and Jessica; five great grandchildren, Jeffrey Jr, Teiyana, Tasha, Aiyana, Kylie Nolan; many nieces, nephews and extended family.

SERVICES: Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock Street, Nashua, NH 03064. A graveside service will immediately follow at Edgewood Cemetery, 107 Amherst Street, Nashua, NH 03064. Friends and family are respectfully invited to attend.
