David Foran

David Foran, 74, a long-time resident of Nashua, NH, passed away at home on June 5, 2026.

Dave was born on April 18, 1952 in Arlington, MA, son of the late Stephanie and John Francis Foran. He graduated from Nashua High School with the class of 1970. David was a talented quarterback, and he graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in physical science.

He moved to Hollywood with big ambitions, living both in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, where he worked in the entertainment industry. He moved back to Nashua, New Hampshire, and reconnected with his high school sweetheart, the late Brooke Foran, who he married in 2001. He took care of her during a lengthy illness, and she passed away in 2014.

A New England sports fan, Dave was a lover of all things sports, and he had a successful career at The United States Postal Service, where he worked for nearly 15 years.

Dave was predeceased by his wife, Brooke Foran of Nashua.

He is survived by his daughter, Georgia Dougherty, and her husband, Garrett, of Nashua. He also leaves his granddaughter, Ella Dougherty, of Nashua. He is survived by his siblings, Tim Foran of Delaware, Tom Foran of Maine, Maureen Carter of New York, and Paula Barbera of Florida.
