Hugh J. Enxing

Hugh J. Enxing, 66, of Nashua, NH, passed away Thursday evening, April 30, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Lawton, Oklahoma on August 20, 1959, he was the son of the late Jean Louise (McNamee) Enxing. Hugh grew up in Sharon, Massachusetts and was a graduate of Sharon High School Class of 1977. He furthered his education at the University of Lowell, now the University of Massachusetts, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering in 1981.

A resident of Nashua for more than 37 years, Hugh worked as a software engineer for Draper Labs in Cambridge, MA and previously with several other software companies including HMMH of Burlington, MA.

In his leisure time, Hugh loved to spend time outdoors, riding his motorcycle and hiking. He especially enjoyed building projects with his sons and grandsons. A lifelong lover of “Dad jokes,” his sons and grandsons will continue the tradition in his honor. Hugh also enjoyed traveling locally with his wife.

Members of his family include his wife, Sandra A. (Frangiamone) Enxing, whom he married on October 10, 1982 and shared over 43 wonderful years together; his sons, Hugh M. Enxing and his wife Sarah, and Joshua D. Enxing; two grandchildren, Miles and Theo Enxing; a sister, Monica Leon; and a nephew, Greg Leon.
